We know peace of mind matters - especially when you’re investing in big-ticket items like appliances. That’s why every product we sell is backed by a warranty, so you’re never left out in the cold if something goes wrong.

âś… Manufacturer Warranties (When Applicable)

Many of our appliances from trusted brands like Whirlpool, LG, Frigidaire, Samsung, and others come with their original manufacturer’s warranty, which typically covers:

  • Manufacturer defects
  • Parts and labor
  • In-home service (where available)

We'll always let you know if your appliance comes with a factory warranty and help you register it for coverage.

🧾 Our Included 1-Year Warranty

For appliances without a manufacturer’s warranty, we provide a complementary 1-year protection plan through our partner CPS (Consumer Priority Service).

Here’s what it covers:

  • ✔️ Full 1-year coverage from date of purchase
    • CPS coverage begins on Day 31
    • We handle coverage during the first 30 days
  • ✔️ Covers manufacturer defects
  • ✔️ In-home service for qualified repairs
  • ✔️ Full parts and labor
  • ✔️ If it can't be repaired, we’ll replace it

Important Details:

  • đź’µ $99 deductible applies per claim
  • đź’ł Deductible is paid by the customer (or waived by the dealer in some cases)
  • ❌ Does not cover consumable parts like knobs, handles, trays, shelves, etc.
  • Included with every appliance that doesn’t come with manufacturer coverage.
