1. What brands do you carry?

2. What does “open box” mean?

"Open box" means the appliance is new or like-new, but it may have been a floor model, returned without use, or have minor cosmetic imperfections. Every item is fully inspected and tested to ensure it works just like new - we never sell anything we wouldn’t proudly put in our own home.

3. Are your appliances under warranty?

Yes! Many of our appliances, like those from Whirlpool, still include the original manufacturer’s warranty. For appliances that don’t, we’ve got you covered with our own included 1-year warranty at no extra cost.

4. Do you deliver?

Absolutely! We offer local delivery and can even help with installation. We want your experience to be smooth from start to finish - just like we’d want for our own family.

5. Can I see the appliances before I buy?

Yes, and we encourage it! Come visit our showroom - there’s no pressure, just friendly faces ready to answer questions and help you find what’s right for your home and budget.

6. Do your appliances have dents or scratches?

Some may have minor cosmetic imperfections, and we’re always upfront about that. Many look brand new! We’ll show you exactly what you’re getting and offer great deals based on the condition. No surprises - just transparency and value.

7. What’s your return or exchange policy?

We stand by the quality of what we sell. If something isn’t right, let us know - we’ll do everything we can to make it right. Our goal is for you to feel taken care of, not just at the sale, but afterward too. 

8. How often does your inventory change?

Pretty often! Because we work with open box items, what we have today might be gone tomorrow. If you’re looking for something in particular, reach out - we can let you know when we get it in.

9. Do you offer financing or payment plans?

Yes, we work with trusted financing partners to offer flexible payment plans that fit your budget. Just ask - we’re happy to walk you through the options in a no-pressure way.
