2. What does “open box” mean?
"Open box" means the appliance is new or like-new, but it may have been a floor model, returned without use, or have minor cosmetic imperfections. Every item is fully inspected and tested to ensure it works just like new - we never sell anything we wouldn’t proudly put in our own home.
3. Are your appliances under warranty?
Yes! Many of our appliances, like those from Whirlpool, still include the original manufacturer’s warranty. For appliances that don’t, we’ve got you covered with our own included 1-year warranty at no extra cost.
4. Do you deliver?
Absolutely! We offer local delivery and can even help with installation. We want your experience to be smooth from start to finish - just like we’d want for our own family.
5. Can I see the appliances before I buy?
Yes, and we encourage it! Come visit our showroom - there’s no pressure, just friendly faces ready to answer questions and help you find what’s right for your home and budget.
6. Do your appliances have dents or scratches?
