We're a couple who turned a dream into a growing open box appliance business based in San Antonio, Texas, but what we offer reaches far beyond Texas. We know what it’s like to take a leap with no roadmap - unloading our first shipment by hand in the Texas heat, figuring out how to price inventory, cleaning and testing every item ourselves, and uploading inventory to our website late at night from the kitchen table. This business was built from the ground up and we’re just getting started. Now we help others do the same.

Who We Are

Sawyer is the hands-on heart of our operation. He keeps our warehouse full and organized, picks the best truckloads, and makes sure every appliance looks great on the floor. He handles deliveries, layout, equipment ordering, and is always building new partnerships. But what really sets Sawyer apart is how deeply he cares about the community. He always makes sure customers feel heard, respected, and cared for, whether they’re buying a washer or just asking a question. He’s not here to pressure or push - he’s here to build relationships.

Rachel brings warmth, insight, and big-picture thinking to the business. She manages our website, online inventory, legal documents, marketing strategy, and everything behind the scenes that makes the business work smoothly. Rachel has spent years in corporate consulting, partnering with executives and frontline teams to lead large-scale system rollouts, process improvements, and organizational change. She knows how to turn ideas into action and chaos into clarity. Rachel also brings credentials that bring real-world experience and operational know-how into your business:
